Program Model

Quarterly Luncheon

Luncheons offer a welcoming entry point for executive directors who are new to the sector or the city.

Luncheons provide an efficient way to remain consistently connected the nonprofit sector in our city.

Peer Group

Peer Groups are a smaller number of leaders who have made a higher investment of time to “better friends and better leaders”.

Peer Groups are an investment of ~12 hours a year with executive directors with shared commitment and focus to deepen and grow as leaders.

1:1 Meeting

1:1 Meetings are to listen, encourage, connect, and resource leaders.

1:1 Meetings offer nonprofit executive directors a pastoral presence.

Partner Retreat

The Partner Retreat creates shared experiences among leaders through
an extended time in a beautiful
and restful setting.

The Partner Retreat is an opportunity to listen
and learn how to develop as a leader at a deeper level while away from everyday responsibilities.
