Bonfire Group
Leader: Jason Janz
Location: CrossPurpose
Dates: TBD (Will confim once cohort is confirmed)
Time: TBD (6 times per year for 2 hours)
The purpose of the Bonfire Group is to help each other solve some of our most challenging problems as non-profit leaders. We will submit our problems on a one-pager to the group and then work through a rubric to bring collective wisdom to it. Each participant will get one or two problems to bring to bear, but will learn greatly from the brain trust as it works on the problems of others. This group will be 100% confidential.
